Help unblock the release of Drupal 8
Throughout the camp, top Drupal 8 contributor xjm will be leading work on critical issues that block the Drupal 8 release. There will be a priority list of critical issues to target (possibly with Post-Its, stickers, and/or glitter). If you already have some background in Drupal 8 or core contribution, and especially if you can dedicate some time over the course of several days to move an issue forward, join the Drupal 8 critical burndown to help get Drupal 8 done.

Something for everyone
Whether you're a site builder, designer, programmer, themer, technical writer, or usability specialist, even if you don't have any Drupal experience at all, this is your chance to get involved and contribute back to the Drupal community.
On Sunday - Cathy Theys (YesCT) and numerous other volunteers will be leading a special Get Inolved with Core sprint. Andrea and Cathy are well known for their ability to break down core contribution into something anyone can understand. Whether you're a brand new contributor or an experienced veteran, we'll do our best to help you to help make Drupal better.
Already familiar with setting up a development environment or with the core contribution process? Want to help other contributors? We need lots of mentors to work with our first-time contributors. This is a great opportunity to get to know others in the community.
The Nerdery has graciously offered to host this year’s DrupalCamp sprints from 9:30 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, August 10. Sprints officially begin at 10 AM. Sprinters are welcome to come and go as they please. Help yourself to the breakfast bar, pizza, coffee, Red Bull, soda cooler, and other nerd perks routinely enjoyed by 300+ Nerdery Nerds and nearly a dozen local user groups hosted by The Nerdery.

Please note: that The Nerdery is NOT within walking distance of the University of St. Thomas (it's a 20 minute drive). Ask around at DrupalCamp to hitch a ride. Organizers will try to facilitate transportation. The Nerdery has not yet perfected teleporting but stay tuned.
Sign up for the sprints
Sign up for the sprints by indicating your availability in the TCDrupal sprint spreadsheet. When you register, check the boxes indicating the days you'd like to sprint, or if you've already registered, go to your account and edit your registration information (first link at the top of your profile). You don't have to register for the sprints to participate, but it will help camp organizers and sprint leads plan. (If you're not planning to attend the camp but would like to attend the sprints, just send us an email and let us know.)
Want to lead your own sprint?
Just add your own header to the sprint spreadsheet, and add your name in bold as the sprint lead.
